How can I pay for my order?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Available checkout methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device and payment provider settings.

Klarna

Klarna may be available at checkout where enabled. Klarna’s Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Late fees may apply. Bank Transfers

If bank transfer is available as a payment method, our bank details will be shown at checkout. We require payment transfer confirmation within two days of placing an order. If we do not hear from you within this time, your order may be cancelled.

Transfers can take a few days to clear and the order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

What if my payment is declined?

Your payment might be declined for a number of reasons. Please check that you have enough funds, and that your card number, security code and billing postcode are correct.

If the problem continues, please contact your card issuer as they can provide the exact reason your card was declined.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. It can take up to 7 working days for a refund to show in your account after it has been processed.

Do I have to pay VAT?

VAT is charged to UK customers where applicable. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for local import charges, duties or taxes when receiving goods.
