Order/Item Return

If you would like to return any items you need to notify us within 7 working days

We cannot refund for any faults or change of mind returns reported after 7 days

It is important you check your order straight away upon receiving.

Please contact us stating your Name and Order Number and the reason for return within 7 days from when you received the order.

In case of a damaged item please also provide a photo.

All items must be returned within 7 days of reporting the items to be returned to us. Items must be in their original condition.

Once we have received your return you will be credited by the same method which you made your original payment with. Refund can take upto 5 working days.

Alternatively, items can be exchanged or you might be credited towards your new order depending on the arrangement.

We will only cover the return postage costs in the unlikely event of returning damaged goods.

 

Return Postage Methods

For all returns like the change of mind or faulty items, we can either book our courier collection and deduct postage costs from your refund or you can send items yourself covering postage costs.

Refunds On Orders with Free Shipping

For orders with Free Shipping, a service charge of £12 will be deducted from the refund to cover our shipping cost if the order was returned due to "Change of Mind"
