Returns and Refunds Policy

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. To request a return, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Where receipt cannot be verified, the dispatch date may be used as the reference date. If a delivery delay creates a problem with the return window, contact us immediately so we can review it.

How to request a return

  1. Email sales@catwalkwholesale.com within the return window and include your order number, the items being returned and the reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
  3. Pack the goods securely and use a tracked postal or courier service. Keep your proof of postage.

Return conditions

Eligible items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition in which they were received, with their original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Sale items, gift cards, personalised or special-order goods, personal-care goods and any item that cannot safely or legally be returned are not eligible unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Please report damaged, faulty or incorrect goods immediately after delivery and include clear photographs where possible so that we can review the issue.

Return postage

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return postage. We recommend a tracked service because returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

After the return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within approximately 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit in your account.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain another item is to complete the approved return and place a separate order for the replacement.
