We accept all major credit and UK debit cards, Visa Card, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, American Express through our 3D secure payment system.
PayPal is another payment option on our website. It allows to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send payments online.
If you choose bank transfer as a method of payment our bank details will be shown automatically.We require a payment transfer confirmation within two days of placing an order. If we do not here from you within this time your order will be canceled.
Transfers can take up to few days to clear and the order will be dispatched once the payment has been received.
Your payment might be declined for a number of reasons.If your payment gets declined please check the following:
- Check if you have enough funds in the account to cover the transaction.
- Make sure all your details are correct like security code, postcode, etc.
If the problem persists please contact your card issuer they will be able to provide you with the exact reason why your card has been declined.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. It can take 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Refunds are automated. Once we receive the return order. Refunds usually are processed within 24-48 hours by the system.
VAT is only charged to the following customers
- Customers in UK
- Customers in EU without a valid VAT Number.
VAT is NOT charge to Customers from outside of the EU but may have to pay local import charges when receiving the goods.
EU customers with a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT.
EU customers please send your valid VAT|TVA number by email to a customer service agent after registration.
There is no VAT charged for customers ordering for outside of EU.
If the order is shipped to the U.K and then forwarded elsewhere, as long as proof of shipment (e.g: Airway Bill), is provided VAT refund will be issued upon request but can only be used as a credit for the next order
