These terms apply to use of the Catwalk Wholesale website and to orders placed with Catwalk Wholesale Limited. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this website.

1. Trade customers

Catwalk Wholesale is a business-to-business fashion wholesaler. You must provide accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information and use the website only for lawful business purposes. We may request reasonable evidence that an account is being used for trade.

2. Products, packs and minimum order

There is no site-wide minimum order value. Some products are sold as individual pieces and others in the pack or size ratio shown on the product page. Product descriptions, availability, pack contents and prices may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown as stated on the product and checkout pages. VAT is charged where applicable. Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched only after cleared funds are received. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for local duties, taxes and customs charges.

4. Orders

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where goods are unavailable, payment is not received, account or pricing information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, the relevant payment will be refunded.

5. Delivery

UK delivery costs £11 per order. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. International checkout is available for the countries displayed at checkout; customers can contact us if their country is not shown. Please see our Shipping Information page for operational details.

6. Returns and refunds

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt. Where receipt cannot be verified, the dispatch date may be used as the reference date. Customers arrange and pay return postage. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within approximately 7 working days after returned goods are received and inspected. 7. Product presentation

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and appearance can vary between screens. Measurements and delivery estimates are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual property and product images

The website, branding, text and images are protected by intellectual-property law. Customers may use product images only for styles they have purchased and paid for, and only to market those styles through their own website, marketplace listings and social media. Images must not be resold, licensed or redistributed as standalone assets.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected account information, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service unlawfully.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that restriction, Catwalk Wholesale is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the website, delayed delivery or resale of products. Customers remain responsible for checking whether products are suitable for their own market and comply with requirements applicable to their resale activity.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.
